About the Role
Are you a business-driven leader with experience in B2B sales and a passion for technology and digital solutions? Do you want to combine sales, customer responsibility, and leadership in a role where you can build your own business area? If so, the Business Manager position at ALTEN Helsinki is perfect for you.

In this role, you will oversee the entire business cycle, including:

• Sales and Business Development: Expanding existing key accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Team Leadership: Building and leading a team of consultants, with the opportunity to grow based on performance.
• Full Sales Process: Managing prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Recruitment: Hiring technical consultants in fields such as mechanics, electronics, software, production, and CAE.
• Delivery and Satisfaction: Ensuring high-quality delivery and consultant satisfaction through close dialogue and coaching leadership.
• Strategic Contribution: Supporting strategic planning and operational execution in sales and business development.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience from a sales or business development role.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial and dynamic approach—you see opportunities where others see challenges and act where others hesitate.
• Languages: Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership skills—you build trust, motivate teams, and close deals.
