Your Mission: Lead, Expand, and Transform

As Business Manager, you will be at the heart of ALTEN’s growth strategy in the process and refinery sector, with a direct influence on:

• Global account expansion: Spearhead business development in oil & gas, energy, and process industries, both in Finland and internationally.
• Strategic sales leadership: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value contracts while cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Talent acquisition and team growth: Recruit top-tier electrical and mechanical engineers, nurture their careers, and build a high-performing team.
• Entrepreneurial ownership: Shape ALTEN’s sales strategy, drive innovation, and position us as a leader in engineering excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s degree in Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven success in oil & gas, energy, or process industries—with a sales or business development track record.
• An entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset—you see opportunities where others see challenges and act where others hesitate.
• Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills—you build trust, motivate teams, and close deals.
