ALTEN Finland is investing within IT – Announces Teemu Virtanen as new CEO

Teemu Virtanen started his new appointment as CEO of ALTEN Finland on the 19th of October. Juha Sillanpää will part ways with ALTEN after 20 successful years in the company.

ALTEN Finland has had a very positive development during the last couple of years. ALTEN Finland has built a strong and well-structured organization and is now aiming to accelerate the business and to further investing in IT to be able to continue to deliver the best solution based on the needs on the market.

This designation is a result of ALTENs strategic investment to grow and build a strong brand within the IT sector to diversify the business. Teemu has extensive experience, almost 20 years, from various positions within the IT-sector and comes most recently from Digia PLC where he worked as a member of the company’s management team.
